Your tasks:
- Support and on-board new clients during the installation of our solutions, with regards to technical and logistical aspects
- Analyse and process client requests (logistics, planning) at levels 1 and 2
- Support customers in their use of the Technis solution (advice and training)
- Provide proactive support and share our best practices so that clients can take advantage of all our solutions’ features
- Identify clients needs (cross-sell, up-sell) to contribute to our business development
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Identify product improvement opportunities and users’ training needs
- Create content for support documents
- Help improve the Operations Department’s internal processes
Desired profile:
- You have a business and/or technical background
- You enjoy helping clients and ensuring they are satisfied no matter what
- You are capable of learning and analysing technical problems quickly in order to find the best solution
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- You are proactive, open-minded and enjoy being involved in several tasks at the same time
- You are willing to give your all to satisfy our clients, demonstrating outstanding flexibility (flexible working hours, occasionally working on weekends)
