Do you love competition and want to do big things? We are looking for our new field ambassador, someone ready to (finally!) take the market into the 21st century. As part of our Sales Team and in collaboration with the Tech Department, you will develop the business in Switzerland to help us on our way to the top!

Your tasks:

  • Develop, plan and implement sales strategies to drive company growth based on KPIs
  • Negotiate and draft partnership and/or sales agreements
  • Manage and monitor a sales budget
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners
  • Prospect for new leads in different (geographical and industrial) sectors
  • Represent Technis in Romandy
  • Attend trade fairs
  • Report weekly to the sales manager and management
  • Work as a team with other sales people as well as the marketing and support teams
  • Ensure a market watch to identify partnership opportunities

Desired profile:

  • You are a graduate from a business school or hold an equivalent university degree
  • A first experience in sales for a tech product/service is a big plus!
  • You are start-up oriented with a strong interest in tech
  • You are an outstanding hunter and negotiator
  • You are performance driven and results oriented
  • You are super dynamic, resilient and naturally curious
  • You possess strong analytical skills to advise our clients on complex issues
  • You speak English fluently, German and Italian are a plus
  • You are comfortable using CRM tools
